"Low Gluten" and "Wheat Free"

We cannot claim to make any cakes that are "Gluten Free", as the presence of wheat flour in our kitchen means there is a high possibility of cross contamination.

However we do make cakes to wheat free recipes, which would be suitable for those wishing to try and avoid wheat, but not for people with coeliac disease.  Some recipes are made without any flour, those made with flour would usually be made using  Doves Farm gluten free flour.


 
Cakes that can be made to a wheat free recipe are:



Baked cheesecake
, made with vegan cream cream cheese, on a wheat free digestive biscuit base.  Flavours: Vanilla, Vanilla and raspberry sauce, Lemon, Lemon and raspberry sauce,  Coffee and walnut
Contain: soya.  Best eaten within 3 days.

Baked Chocolate cheesecake, made with vegan cream cheese, and LOTS of vegan chocolate! On a wheat free digestive biscuit base
Flavours: Chocolate, chocolate orange.
Contains:  soya.. Best eaten within 3 days.

Chocolate hazelnut torte- slim, elegant and sophisticated!  This torte is best served slighlty warm, with (non-dairy) ice cream!  A decadent dessert, made without flour.
Contains: Soya,  nuts. Best eaten within 2 days.

Chocolate Chip Brownies- Rich brownies-half way between cakey and fudgey!



WHOLEFOOD ALMOST RAW DESSERTS (made without flour)

Chocolate dream cake made with creamy cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder, on a nutty cocoa and almond base. (Made without flour)

Chocolate Hazelnut dream cake made with creamy cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder, on a hazelnut and cocoa base. (made without flour)
